“Close to the LRT and Monorail, with two excellent shopping malls within walking distance. We booked the most expensive rooms on the 10th floor with access to the Club Lounge (for guests on the 9th and 10th floors) – complimentary snacks, cold drinks, coffee, tea, and free internet. A quiet lounge to relax in. The view of the twin towers from the room was great, especially at night. Rooms were large, spacious, and not noisy, and they were non-smoking. After an initial problem was sorted out, everything else was great. We had a minor issue with the newspaper not arriving in the morning (included for club rooms), but a quick call always brought it up. After three days, they fixed it completely. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.”
